When your Birchbox is more summery than the weather outside 😂 Remember last month when I was complaining about the heat? I'd like a little bit of warmth back, please and thank you! This month, Birchbox are celebrating all things summer, with a box of treats that are perfect for warmer weather! In this box, I got a ModelCo highlighter, a GLAMGLOW mask, a Hyaluronic mist from Balance Me, an Anatomicals body scrub and a moisturising cream from Oribe! ModelCo Mermaid Glow Highlighter RRP £10 Anything mermaid-themed and I'm pretty much sold, let's be honest. I wasn't sure I'd like this at first because of all the different colours, but once I swirled my brush around the whole pan I got a really gorgeous glow! I think you could probably use all the colours individually as well which is good, but I love how this looked on the skin all mixed together. I found it didn't latch on to any texture on my skin and it lasted all day without leaving me with a glit...

Well, at least my June Birchbox is giving me some summer vibes because this weather sure isn't! Is a bit of sunshine too much to ask for?  This month, Birchbox has teamed up with Paperchase for their box design and they're encouraging us to embrace some wanderlust and get out on an adventure (weather permitting). Paperchase is definitely my favourite stationary brand and I could easily spend all day browsing their products! Summer is well and truly making its return and for this month's Birchbox we're celebrating being able to spread our wings (although I wish those wings were taking me to a beach). Lord & Berry Line/Shade Eye Pencil RRP £13 I'm pretty sure I've received one of these in a previous Birchbox and from what I remember, I liked this product then and I like it now! I don't really use black pencil liner unless I'm doing a dark smokey eye, in which case I'll use it to line my bottom lashline. This one is pretty pigmented and also smudges out really nicely so it ticks all the boxes for what I look for in a product like this. I do think the price tag is a little expensive though, ...

All the products in this month's box are designed to make a busy life that little bit easier so we can get on with running the world. In this box, I received a Beauty Crop bronzer, an eyebrow gel from Chella, a Generation Clay mask, a Caudalie serum and a Palmer's coconut oil shampoo, as well as a little sample of Charlotte Tilbury's Scent of a Dream. Today I'll be reviewing the January Birchbox and all the products I got this month! The Birchbox Team are definitely making sure everyone has a great start to the year with this super fun, super colourful box! It's definitely helping shift those January blues! In this box, I received a CLĒ Cosmetics cushion highlighter, a cleansing bar from Dr. Botanicals, a Philip Kingsley shampoo, an Afterspa face scrubber and a clay mask from Sand & Sky! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas... And I'm definitely in the mood after seeing the design for this month's Birchbox! This is definitely my favourite design yet and the products inside were gorgeous as well. This month, I received a Benefit Galifornia blush, a Rituals body cream, a sheet mask from Oh K!, a Lartizy liquid lipstick and a Percy & Reed hair mask. As a bonus Christmas treat, I also got a comb and two little chocolates from Hotel Chocolat (which obviously didn't last long at all!) Benefit Cosmetics Galifornia Blush RRP £25.50 I actually already own this blush - it came as part of my  Cheek Parade blush palette  and it's definitely a shade I've used a lot! It's a really pretty hot pink shade, and like all of Benefit's powders, it applies really easily! Ok, so normally I'm dead against anything even remotely Christmas-related coming near me in November (working in retail ruins the Christmas period, don't do it kids) but I will admit this month's Birchbox can be the exception to this rule. This month, they've teamed up with Disney to celebrate the release of The Nutcracker and the Four Realms. I can't say I'm particularly interested in seeing this film, maybe the stage snob inside me is worried they're going to ruin a perfectly good ballet. However, I thought the products and the theme tied in really well together and this is probably one of my favourite boxes so far!
