The first Splurge Or Save? post of 2019! I fully intend to do a lot more of these posts this year, as I really enjoy doing them and it's actually introduced me to a lot of new make-up that I wouldn't normally have tried. As much as I love high-end make-up, it's always good to look at more affordable brands as well! I first bought Ka-Brow from Benefit around two years ago - I really like the brow range from Benefit, especially their Gimme Brow and Precisely, My Brow.
