Birchbox Goodies // December 2017

Well here we are, my last blog post of 2017! This year has been pretty full-on to be honest; I finally got into drama school, I performed in some really great shows, I went on my first girl's holiday with my best friend, I've met some truly awesome people and of course, bought loads of make up and hair products! I probably won't get chance to write another post between now and the new year because I'm doing quite a few hours at work and I've also got loads of research to do ready for my next project at drama school (come at me Chekhov!), so I thought I'd finish off with my last Birchbox of the year - I've really enjoyed reviewing these and they've been a really fantastic way of trying new products! There's been a few hits and misses but I have definitely discovered a couple of new brands that have been fantastic.

Birchbox Goodies // November 2017

COME ON, VOGUE! November is here and so is another Birchbox! This month, they've teamed up with Vogue for the magazine's centenary celebrations - Vogue has created a list of the 100 greatest beauty products of all time and this box includes 4 products from that list available in the Birchbox shop, plus a Birchbox brush cleaner! The products I got were a Benefit Hoola bronzer, a Percy & Reed Smooth, Sealed and Sensational hair oil, some Clarins Hand and Nail Treatment Cream and a James Read Overnight Tan Sleep Mask. Birchbox Goodies // August 2017

I think this might possibly be my favourite Birchbox design so far! Anything vaguely mermaid-related and I will be all over it like a rash. This month, everything is mermaid-themed; from texture spray for those beach babe locks, down to the beautiful scale design on the box itself. All the heart-eye emojis! In this box I received a Loc One and Done eyeshadow stick, a sugar texturizing spray from Number 4, a Merci Handy hand sanitizer, some Sebamed mattifying cream, and of course the pinnacle of every mer-babe - a brush from Spectrum Collections! Unicorn Essentials // New Spectrum Goodies Review

When Spectrum Collections send you an email with the words #NationalUnicornDay and Sale in it, you don't really have much choice do you? A couple of weeks ago (you can tell how far behind I am with blog posts) was National Unicorn Day and Spectrum Collections had some money off a selection of their products. I absolutely love Spectrum products; I think they're a really high quality and good value for money and let's face it, they look absolutely stunning too! I'd been looking to replace my beauty blender as it was getting a bit ratty, so I decided to purchase their Unicorn Tears Wonder Sponge and as it was on offer I also bought the Unicorn Horn Polish brush cleaner!  Unicorn Tears Wonder Sponge This is a really great little sponge to use! I used the pointed end to blend in my concealer under my eyes and it was small enough to reach right into the corners to ensure everything was all blended together. I then used the round end on the rest of my face. It ble...
