Splurge Or Save? // Stila Stay All Day Liner vs Soap & Glory Supercat Skinny Liner

I am back with another Splurge Or Save? post and this time I'm looking at two felt-tip liners! I always struggled with eyeliner when I first started getting into makeup: I found normal liquid liners were too messy and with gel liners, I could never get a neat line and I often found they dried out really quickly. I soon discovered felt-tip eyeliners though and I've never looked back! I've found most of the ones I've tried are really easy to use and enable me to get a neat line which I can then build up into the thickness that I want. I discovered the Stila Stay All Day liner about 2 years ago and it's definitely my favourite felt-tip liner I've tried so far! That being said, it is £15 so it's more on the expensive side so I wanted to see if I could find a cheaper drugstore dupe - enter the Soap & Glory Supercat Skinny liner! Keep reading to see how these two compare! Stila Stay All Day Liner So as I said before, this is hands-down my favourite f...

Kiko Are Killing It // Kiko Milano Fall 2.0 Collection Haul

So this post has been a bit of a long time coming; I think the collection originally launched sometime in early August, but I've only just been able to get my hands on some products! This is a capsule collection that Kiko launched and it's all inspired by the city of Venice, there's quite a few new products and some autumnal twists on products they already sell. The lipsticks, eyeliners and highlighters all come in a variety of different shades and they also have a mineral foundation, brushes, blushes, a bronzer and my personal favourite, magnetic eyeshadow! It's just the pots that are magnetic, so they have a wavey pattern that basically never disappears because the magnet keeps it in place. I'm still a bit gutted I didn't pick one up, but I do already own quite a few metallic eyeshadows, so I might pop back and have another look! The products I did end up purchasing were the eye contour mask, eyeliner in "Future is Gold", lip liner and lipstick, bo...

Laura Geller Lustereyes 24 Hour Eyeliner Review

As much as I hate my mum leaving me to go and visit her family in Oxford, she has a pretty good habit of coming back with some absolute gems for me; this time was no exception. As well as a gorgeous grey Jack Wills nail varnish and a Rimmel blush, she also brought me back this Laura Geller eyeliner. I'm not too good with proper liquid eyeliner so recently I've opted for felt-tip liners, but this brush is so thin and the handle is a good size so I think it might be quite easy to use! I can't find a set price for this one online; it's not listed on the website, so I don't know if it's discontinued. However there were some eBay listings for about £8-£10 so it might be easy to find on there!

Bourjois Paris Liner Feutre Felt-Tip Eyeliner Review

I'm feeling a little bit heartbroken as I write this post, as I've had to replace my Stila Stay All Day Liner, which I absolutely ADORED. I'm always a bit wary with felt-tip liners because I've had issues with them coming out really faded or just smudging everywhere, which sucks as I definitely find them easiest to use, but the Stila liner is just amazing. As I'm on a bit of a budget this month, what with Christmas to think about, I did a sensible and decided not to spend £15 on an eyeliner and look for a cheaper one instead. This one was fairly high up on the Boots Top Rated list when I checked their website and at £6.99, I figured it was worth a try!
